Return, Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy – R.R Organics

At R.R Organics, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains the conditions under which returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are accepted.


1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received

  • Wrong product delivered

❌ We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Used, opened, or partially used products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Requests made after the return window


2. Return Request Timeframe

  • Customers must raise a return or exchange request within 7 days of product delivery

  • Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted


3. Opening Video Mandatory

To process any return or exchange:

  • An uninterrupted opening video is mandatory

  • The video must clearly show:

    • The sealed package

    • Opening of the package

    • The damaged or wrong product

⚠️ Without an opening video, return or exchange requests will not be approved.


4. Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact R.R Organics within 7 days of delivery

  2. Share the opening video and order details

  3. Our team will verify the issue

  4. If approved, return instructions will be provided

  5. Product must be sent back in original condition


5. Product Inspection

  • Returned products are inspected after reaching our warehouse

  • Approval depends on:

    • Product condition

    • Packaging integrity

    • Matching issue with provided proof

R.R Organics reserves the right to reject returns if products fail inspection.


6. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after successful inspection at our warehouse

  • Refunds are initiated within 7 working days after approval

  • Refunds are made to the original payment method

For COD orders, refunds (if applicable) may be processed via bank transfer or UPI.


7. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • If the replacement product is unavailable:

    • A refund will be issued instead

  • Exchange processing begins after product inspection


8. Shipping Charges & Refunds

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Refund of shipping charges is applicable only if the error is from R.R Organics

  • COD shipping charges (₹160) are non-refundable once the order is shipped


9. Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation by Customer:

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed

Order Cancellation by R.R Organics:

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Failed payment or order verification

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

In such cases, a full refund will be initiated.


10. Non-Acceptance or Delivery Failure

If an order is returned due to:

  • Customer refusal to accept delivery

  • Incorrect address provided

  • Customer unavailability

Shipping charges will not be refunded.


11. Processing Time Summary

  • Order handling time: 1 working day

  • Delivery time: 7–9 working days

  • Refund processing time: Within 7 working days after inspection


12. Policy Abuse

Any attempt to:

  • Provide fake videos

  • Claim false damage

  • Misuse return policy

may result in:

  • Rejection of request

  • Account restriction

  • Legal action if required


13. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Hooghly, West Bengal courts.
