• Prepaid Orders: ₹80 shipping charge

• Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹160 shipping charge

• Estimated delivery time: 7–9 working days

• Delivery timelines may vary due to location, weather, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances

7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

• COD orders may require confirmation before dispatch

• R.R Organics reserves the right to cancel COD orders if confirmation fails

• COD charges are higher due to courier handling costs

8. Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

• Damaged product received

• Wrong product delivered

Return Conditions:

• Customer must provide an opening video clearly showing the issue

• Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

• Product must be unused and in original packaging

After receiving the returned product at our warehouse:

• The product will be inspected

• If approved, refund/exchange will be processed within 7 working days

❌ Returns are not accepted for:

• Change of mind

• Used or tampered products

• Late requests beyond 7 days
